What payment methods do you accept?All payments go through noirnr.ticketleap.com unless arrangements have been made otherwise. Ticketleap takes all major credit cards.

Can you work within a certain budget?Yes, we can work with any and all realistic budgets. We will go through must haves and nice to haves to see if your wants match your means. Being flexible on both sides is key when working within any budget.

Do you charge to get a quote?Not at all! There is no fee for services until agreements are signed by both parties to acknowledge the request for services, the charge for services, and the agreed time frame to remit payment for services.

What if I need to cancel my trip or I am unable to attend an event?The cancellation and refund policy can be found on the Policies & Waivers page.

I'm afraid to travel alone, but I really want to go on this trip/to this event. Will I feel out of place if I come alone?Not if you're traveling with Noir & R or coming to a Noir & R event! Our goal is to make sure that everyone is comfortable and accommodated (accordingly and within reason). Feel free to reach out and get to know the people that you will be attending with (a comfortable and secure means will be provided) prior to arrival. Just think that for anyone in attendance, at some point, it was their first time doing things with this organization as well.

Will the club teams be competitive?Definitely! Not only will the teams be competitive, they will also be put in a variety of opportunities to play at different levels both within and outside of their comfort zones. The only way to grow is to be challenged.

Do you provide a discount for siblings/multi-registration?This can definitely be arranged. If both athletes make a team, we can consolidate fees in order to make sure that parents do have to decide which athlete will get to play.

What is the time commitment for club, training, camps, and clinics?Club: 2-3 days per week for 2 hours (4-6 hours per week, plus weekend tournaments) Training: This is set by the athlete. Individual training recommendation is 2-4 hours per week. Group recommendations are 4-6 hours per week. Camps: 3-5 hours per day for 4 or 5 days Clinics: 1-2 hours per session

What is the cancellation and refund policy if I can no longer attend something for which I am registered?Club Play: Before an athlete and their parents have committed to a team, no funds shall be remitted to there will be no need for a refund. After a team commitment, if an athlete is no longer able to play for any reason, the athlete and parents will be refunded only for non-submitted tournament fees. Early communication is imperative as everything in club season is on a time constraint. Camps and Clinics: Athletes and their parents will be refunded the full cost of camps and clinics if canceled in writing 30 days prior to the first day of camp or a clinic. Athletes and their parents will be refunded 75% of the full cost of camps and clinics if canceled in writing 10 days prior to the first day of camp or a clinic. Athletes will not be refunded any submitted monies if canceled within 10 days of the first day of camp or a clinic. Personal Training: Athletes and their parents will be refunded will be refunded 75% of the full cost of a personal training session if canceled in writing 7 days prior to the session. Athletes will not be refunded any submitted monies if canceled within 7 days of a personal training session.

Are you really taking a team to Hawaii to compete in a tournament?Absolutely! I will be taking 10 girls to Hawaii every year to compete in the NoKaOi Volleyball Tournament. This team could be a combination of club and high school players that work well together. More details will be provided at the first parent's meeting.
