All payments go through noirnr.ticketleap.com unless arrangements have been made otherwise. Ticketleap takes all major credit cards.

Yes, we can work with any and all realistic budgets. We will go through must haves and nice to haves to see if your wants match your means. Being flexible on both sides is key when working within any budget.

Not at all! There is no fee for services until agreements are signed by both parties to acknowledge the request for services, the charge for services, and the agreed time frame to remit payment for services.

Not if you're traveling with Noir & R or coming to a Noir & R event! Our goal is to make sure that everyone is comfortable and accommodated (accordingly and within reason). Feel free to reach out and get to know the people that you will be attending with (a comfortable and secure means will be provided) prior to arrival. Just think that for anyone in attendance, at some point, it was their first time doing things with this organization as well.
