Cancellation & Refund Policy
Read carefully.
Event Cancellation
We understand that life can be unpredictable and you may not to be able to make an event. Event cancellations made via email up to 31 days before the start of an event will be processed without a penalty. If you need to cancel after that time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations made 30 days or less before an event will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total ticket(s) price. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Trip Cancellation
As mentioned above, we understand that life can be unpredictable and you may not to be able to make a trip. Trip cancellations made via email up to 91 days before the first day of a trip will be processed without a penalty. If you need to cancel after that time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations made 90 days or less before a trip will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total ticket(s) price. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Refunds
Refunds of any money owed will be initiated within 3 business days of written notification of cancellation. Refunds will be the total amount paid minus any applicable fees or penalties. A notification of the refund will be sent with any available proof/verification.
Consent and Liability Waiver (All Set, LLC.)
Release of all claims. Read carefully.
As lawful consideration for my minor child being permitted to participate in the All Set Volleyball Summer Camp and/or Skills Clinic, or any other activity at or through All Set, LLC, I agree that neither my minor child nor I will make a claim against, sue, attach the property of or prosecute All Set, LLC and their agents, sponsors, building contractors, suppliers, and employees for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which my minor child may sustain as a result of my child's participation in these sporting activities. This release is intended to discharge in advance All Set, LLC and their agents, sponsors, building contractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all liability, including for negligent actions, arising out of or connected in any way with my minor child's participation in the sports camp, clinic or any other activity except for liability that may arise out of the willful or wanton misconduct of All Set, LLC and their agents, sponsors and employees.
I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT SPORTS INVOLVE PHYSICAL CONTACT BETWEEN PLAYERS, THAT SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OCCASIONALLY OCCUR DURING SUCH SPORTING ACTIVITIES, AND THAT PARTICIPANTS IN SUCH SPORTING ACTIVITIES OCCASIONALLY SUSTAIN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH) AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS A CONSEQUENCE THEREOF. KNOWING THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATION, NEVERTHELESS, I HEREBY AGREE THAT MY MINOR CHILD AND I ASSUME THOSE RISKS AND RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ALL SET, LLC, AND THEIR AGENTS, SPONSORS, AND EMPLOYEES WHO (THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS) MIGHT OTHERWISE BE LIABLE TO ME, MY MINOR CHILD (OR OUR HEIRS OR ASSIGNS) FOR DAMAGES.
I attest that I am eighteen (18) years old or older and that my child is physically fit and have no known medical conditions which prohibit participation in this program. My child and I agree to follow all laws, rules and guidelines regulating the conduct of the program, camp or clinic. I understand and agree that my child and I are responsible for the mechanical and/or operating condition of any and all sporting equipment provided by my child or by me for my child's use, and I agree that my child and I will continuously inspect and maintain all equipment used, even if we have obtained any of the equipment from All Set, LLC, their agents, sponsors and/or employees.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILD AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF, MY CHILD AND ALL SET, LLC, AND THEIR AGENTS, SPONSORS AND EMPLOYEES, AND I HAVE VIRTUALLY SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
I also agree that All Set, LLC and their agents, sponsors and employees may use my athlete’s photograph, picture or likeness, and voice to appear in any documentary, promotion (including advertising), television, video, social media or radio coverage with All Set, LLC, without compensation

This release is intended to discharge in advance Noir & R, LLC and their agents, sponsors, building contractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all liability, including for negligent actions, arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the trips, events, or any other activity except for liability that may arise out of the willful or wanton misconduct of Noir & R, LLC and their agents, sponsors and employees. I attest that I agree to follow all laws, rules and guidelines regulating the conduct of the trip or event.

Media Waiver and Release
Release of all claims. Read carefully.
I hereby grant All Set, LLC, Noir & R, LLC, and their agents the absolute right and permission to use graphic portraits, pictures, digital images, and/or videotapes of Myself (Noir & R, LLC), My Child (All Set, LLC), or in which Myself or My Child may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any All Set, LLC publication, Noir & R, LLC publication, or on the All Set, LLC/Noir & R, LLC website, without payment or any other consideration. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein Myself or My Child’s likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Set, LLC, Noir & R, LLC, and their agents from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or My Child have or may have by reason of this authorization or use of Myself or My Child’s graphic portraits, pictures, digital images and/or videotapes, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said images and/or videotapes, or in processing tending towards the completion of the finished product, including publication on the internet, in brochures, or any other advertisements or promotional materials. I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and am fully competent to sign this Release.
